Buyer's feedback: - * Good Laminations But Inadequate Setup Instructions ...
The manual and other materials that came with the laminator did not indicate that there is a screw that must be removed from the bottom of the laminator for it to function properly. Before learning about the screw, I believed that the button on the right used to open the laminator for cleaning was defective, and replaced the equipment as being defective for that reason. The replacement product had a special printout of the instruction for removing the screw at the top of the items in the box when I opened the replacement. It would have been better if there were some obvious indicator on the unit that the screw needs to be removed. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product.
