I've used this humidifier for about a year now and have had no problems with it at all. It can make "spurting" sounds when it is low on water, and that can wake you up in the middle of the night if you did not refill it before bed, but other than that it is great. I've found steam humidifiers to be much better and be less trouble than "cool mist" humidifiers.

Dry cold winter weather was causing nasal night time congestion. Using this humidifier helped reduce nasal airways from drying out as much. Setting desired humidity (%) and auto timer confusing. Screen hard to read in poor light (not bright enough.) Overall, product works as advertised.

Of the three humidifiers I've bought this year, this is the best in terms of design. My favorite feature is the recessed handle that allows one to fill the tank and then set it on a flat surface to put the top back on. The other two have rounded handles so that I'm always afraid the whole thing will tilt over before I get the top on.

The water container is easy to remove.
The bottom tray is easy to unassemble and clean.
