After going through 2 other headsets which left the people at the other end barely able to hear me, this product finally did the job it's supposed to do..! Thank goodness! I never had any idea it would take so much effort to get a working headset.. and this one was cheaper than the others as well- trust me, this is the best bet.

I use this Panasonic headset with my AT&T EP5995 - 5.8GHz Expandable Cordless Answering System with Dial-In-Base Speakerphone. The headset gives good-quality sound -- both receiving, and transmitting through the attached microphone. It comes in especially handy when I take a phone call while working in the kitchen. I've had the headset only a few weeks -- but so far, no complaints.

There is no volume adjustment but no problem, just use your phones volume control. I can hear everyone speak clearly and everyone can also hear me clearly. Nice adjustable microphone and headband.

I can definitely tell the difference between headset volume and handset volume. Listeners ask me to speak louder. Satisfactory for the cost, but should be better on volume.
