We have had this phone a little over a month and we particularly like it because of its simplicity to use. Since we live in a rural area, we have previously had trouble with cordless phones cutting out or not working properly and that is not the case with this phone. All the handsets "talk" to each other and the clarity is great.

I was very pleased with this purchase. I do have one complaint, I wish the volume could go a little higher. My husband and I have turned the volume up as high as it would go, but still not as loud as we would like it. Other than that, the phone system is really nice and a great value for the money.

Buyer's feedback: - * Panasonic Kx-TG1033 s Dect. 6.0 ...
I bought Panasonic TX-TG1033S recently, I did not use it that much and so far everything is fine, but I found out that this Dect. 6.0 has over max. radiation which is not healthy for human body. I am not using them as my original plan, but I wish I knew it before. I will let you know if something get wrong with it!

Buyer's feedback: - It floats!
I have been using Panasonic phones for about 20 years. They simply work well AND take a beating. My old Panasonic cordless two line phone at work is great. The range is fantastic and the phone suffers no inteference even in a busy urban area. The phone is tough it has fallen onto concrete many times and still lives. Also, get this, it floats! Not that I suggest trying it at home but I dropped it into the pond recently. I quickly disassembled the phone and the water had not reached the electronic components. Left to dry overnight and reassembled it works as well as ever. I now have the Panasonic DECT 6.0 system at home and could not be happier. It is SO easy to use and works great. The speaker phone (on each of the 3 handsets) sounds like you are not even using it. People often ask me "are you still there" sometimes, it is so crystal clear. You can retrieve your messages from any of the handsets, view caller ID from each one as well. My favorite feature is the locater feature where you send a signal from the base to locate the phone that fell down between the cushions or left in the shed or whatever. Also there is a headset jack that I use all the time. Oh did I mention that the unit takes rechargeable AAA batteries too (included). There is no expensive "specialty" battery pack to purchase when you need more juice. Personally I do not like talking on the phone very much, however Panasonic makes it easy for me to do it when necessary.

I concur with all of the other positive reviews of this phone. The only annoying item is that the "New Voice Mail" message won't permanently clear. Other than that it is a good buy.
