* Very nice for this price! ...
I think that Sandisk did it wright: the slot for extra memory. That gives a lot of more futures. I have a couple of micro memory cards with movies, I can change them in a few seconds and watch my favorite movies or serials. That gives a big diference between Sandisk and iPod.

* Good Deal ...
I bought this great mp3 player to replace my e-250. Besides the battery running out every once awhile, (sometimes you get 5 hours, sometimes you get 25) this is the best player, in my opinion, that SanDisk makes. The downside is that it is kind of large if you put a protective case on it. Although, I have already dropped it twice with the case on it and it still works perfectly, and no scratches! If you buy the View, get a case, it will protect its large screen from your keys and other things you put in your pocket. I forgot to mention that it has great audio quality playback and good fm radio reception, (although that depends on your location). The last thing that some people have a hard time with is the fact that you cannot change the rechargeable battery (at least without potentially destroying the player).
Overall I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a media player that has lots of extras and is easier on the wallet than other brands out there.
If the big screen is not for you, the Fuze is smaller but almost identical otherwise. Although, I have not seen it with a capacity of more than 8 GB.
Here is a review that helped me make my decision:

And it plays video too; but who wants to watch Star Wars on a 2.4 inch screen?

16 GB Sansa View
I love this product. Can't beat the price for quality. Works. Not as long on battery life as claimed, but it will play for about a full day.

* Disappointed, worse than previous models ...
I am a fan of Sansa products, but this "upgrade" is definitely NOT as good as my old Sansa e250.
My Sansa e250 was dependable and did its job well. A very affordable, quality, durable MP3 player.
I already returned one of these because the issues with it were so noticable I figured I must have received a defective model.
This model has the following problems:
- VERY short battery life
- Freezes up fairly often - will just become unresponsive for several seconds, though music will continue playing
- Scroll wheel design is a crappy rubber wheel - the e250's rotation ring was much better and faster
- Buggy interface - only displays the music folder on my laptop computer, not on my desktop. This was not a problem on the e250
I am tech savvy so I am continuing to look for ways to improve the functionality of this player, but frankly, I shouldn't have to.
I would encourage you to research this model before buying - Google "sansa view battery life", "sansa view freeze up", etc. I am definitely not the only one experiencing this stuff.
Go with the e200 series... You'll save money and you'll get a better player.
