I love sirius in the car (my gf has s50) and activated a 2nd player for our home. I activated at 2pm and got a signal but it disappeared by 4pm! I only had signal from 2-4 every day and that was with my antenna out on my balcony (and I live on an open beach!) I was ready to cancel, until I saw this antenna on amazon. I received it today and I am not exaggerating when I say, I connected the thing and got a signal within 20 seconds! A full signal! and i have it standing on a windowsil ! the antenna is very lite..adjustable and the base stands alone..I din't have to lean against anything as another poster had written.
This thing is amazing! I live in an 18 story building so there is usually alot of interference but this antenna gives a clear signal. Best purchase I've made in a long time

I live in a dead zone and its hard to get Satelite radio without having the antenna in just the right spot in my house. I put this baby outside and now I get HOWARD STERN, The Rolling Stones Channel, and all of the other more than 100 great channels from Sirius loud and clear with out fade outs.

This is a must in my little part of the world, if you want to listen uninterupted in any weather. These concrete and steel houses are great, but wireless can be a problem. Not with this out door antenna.

Buyer's feedback: - * Terk SIR6 Antenna ...
The atenna that came with our "boom box" was ok if you were out in the middle of the yard and had about an hour to aim towards the sky (never mind about passing birds). We hooked up our new atenna to the house (we can easily remove it for hurricane season) and we get a full signal from Sirius every day. It works great in the rain. We almost cancelled Sirius because of bad reception.

I purchased this antenna for my JVC KS-SB200 boom box and it's much better than the antenna that came with the unit for indoor purposes. I am myphed that I had to spend an additional $45 dollars on my boom box that cost over $100 but I'm happy that I can now enjoy Sirius at home and in the car.

Unfortunately I had problems getting my antenna to work and learned that Terk's support is VERY poor. The 800 number sends you to the Terk website, which is horribly confusing and doesn't even show the SIR6 on the site! What a disappointment.
